The Borg are alien cyborg creatures in Star Trek, The Next Generation and First Contact. The conquer you by taking you and making you one of them, using advanced cyborg technology.
Recent efforts have been made lately to make wearable computers, which are computers that you have with you, and that you can use at any time. While shoping food, for instance. The design have enormous similarities with the way The Borg were clothed.
A few friends and I are planning to build ourselves similar computers, by using experience from the borgs at MIT Media Lab, thus being assimilated in the earthern Borg :-).
